Opulence Rides is a technology platform, operated by Opulence Corporation ("Opulence"), that connects riders with independent transportation providers ("Drivers") in San Diego and El Cajon, California.
Drivers using the platform are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Opulence.
Fares are shown to you in the app before you request a trip, and payment is collected in-app through our payment processor.
A complete Terms of Service — covering account rules, cancellations, liability, dispute resolution, and everything else a real agreement needs — is in development with legal counsel and will replace this page before the platform accepts real bookings.
