Opulence Rides is a technology platform, operated by Opulence Corporation ("Opulence"), that connects riders with independent Drivers in San Diego and El Cajon, California.
To operate the Service we collect information such as account details, trip and location data, and payment information (handled through our payment processor, not stored directly by us).
We use that information to provide rides, process payments, and keep the platform safe — not to sell your personal information to third parties.
A complete Privacy Policy — covering exactly what we collect, how it's used and shared, how long it's kept, and your rights under California law (including the CCPA) — is in development with legal counsel and will replace this page before the platform accepts real bookings.
